- We take between 10% and 50% deposit (depending on the type of event) to confirm the booking and it’s non-refundable.
- All quotes given are for a basic party bus with no A/C and no dance floor unless specified.
- The person who has made the booking must pay in full on the night at the first pick up and sign a legal contract agreeing to the Terms and Condition before anyone is allowed on the bus.
- It is illegal to consume alcohol on the bus.
- It is extremely dangerous to dance on a bus in motion. If you do so Clydes Party Bus will not be responsible for anyone’s injuries.
- Urinating in public (street) is illegal. Requesting driver to stop for a toilet break which is not a designated toilet is illegal.
- The person who has booked the bus is liable for damages to the bus, public or private property that is caused by the group which was privately invited by the host.
- After drop off the host must check with Clydes Party Bus to make sure that there is no damage done to the bus.
- The driver will not be responsible for any personal items left on the bus.
- All communication regarding driver instructions must be given by the person who made the booking and not by a third party.
- The person who has booked the bus shall take full responsibility for informing his/her guests of these terms & conditions.
- Our buses do transfers of other groups in between waiting time. If you wish to have the bus only for your group for the entire duration of your occasion please specify. We will quote accordingly.
- The finish time specified on the quote request form must be the time that the last person is off the bus. If it goes above this time there will be an extra charge.
- We take a bond between $100 and $300 on most occasions. Bond is refunded when there is no damage to the bus caused by the group, no cleaning such as vomit, spillage of smuggled alcohol or empty cans and bottles left on the bus.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY, THE DRIVER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LEAVE GUESTS AND REPORT MATTER TO THE POLICE.
